I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been helping people lead healthier and happier lives for over twenty years. Gaining insight into your past and developing healthy life skills through Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies is a step in the right direction. The therapeutic relationship is an integral part of the healing process. Through our relationship, we identify triggers that may be the result of early relationships, environmental stressors, and trauma/loss. I have a strong interest in working with children, college students, adults, and couples, providing both premarital and marital counseling.
